The following refunds are available during a campground closure as long as the campground is closed and has not been announced to reopen.
- 30-15 days before arrival: Regular cancel policy. Fill out cancellation form.
- 14-8 days before arrival: Regular cancel policy (no refund). Fill out cancellation form.
- 7-1 days before arrival: Special closure cancel policy (full refund). Please Contact Us and provide your reservation code.
If a campground is not able to reopen on or before your scheduled arrival date, we will automatically cancel your reservation and provide a full refund 1 day before your scheduled arrival date.
Once we announce a campground is to be reopened, or if you choose to cancel your reservation outside of this 7 day window, our regular cancellation policy will apply.
